Me and my sister want to make soap for everyone and we need to find one for 40.00 or under
I have checked the arts and craft stores in the area and they dont have any so i need to find a place online
The link below has everything you need and if you do a bit of internet surfing you can find many more sites for supplies. You need the soap base to melt and pour into molds, so choose some molds, and you can add color and fragrance too. You are giving these soaps as gifts so go back to that craft store and purchase some pretty handmade papers and ribbons to tie the soaps up in. Or, look for the organza gift bags that you could just drop the soaps into. Another idea, catch the baskets on sale, line the basket with shred, add a loofa sponge, some candles, use silk flowers and ribbon to decorate the basket. Ta da! Best of luck!

I need a recipe for a natural soap. I hate using lye, and I don’t have any glyrcerin. Any ideas?
God Bless! x

I have searched a few message boards and have seen a lot of people talking about whether or not to use Roebic (Lye) in cold process soap making. I still don’t have a definite YES or NO.
So if you have actually used this product and had good results, please reply to my question. Thanks : )
Yes I have used it for several years.
You need 100% sodium hydroxide.

I have tiny bubbles appearing on the surface of my soap as it dries. I am not sure if this is the way I am melting or not? Does the rubbing alcohol eliminate these?
Yes, if you spray rubbing alcohol on the surface of the soap it will help with the bubbles. Also, if you are making layered soap, it helps to adhere the layers together.
Rubbing alcohol is also sold as: Isopropanol or Isopropyl alcohol.

Does it make my face screw up when i will use two soaps in every bath ? I mean, gonna use moisturizer soap then after i`ll apply another whitening soap, does this thing might screw my face ?
you only need one. DOVE . it keeps your face nice, clean, and soft . but the regular white one or the exfoliating one is the best. not the ones with colors or scents.
