Hi Marmie,
Great ...
Hi Marmie,
Great idea to use the Lavender as an exfoliant!
Soap Queen has a shop on Spreadshirt with that very apron for sale. I'll send you the exact link in a direct message since I can't post URLs in comments.

Hi Jeneen,
I did make a couple of professionally produced DVD's a couple of years ago. You can find them on the Bramble Berry website under the books category.
Is it the Teach Soap forum you're having difficulties with? Email me your username and I'll look into it!

Happy Soaping!

Hi Everyone,
Thanks ...
Hi Everyone,
Thanks for all the compliments - I'm so thrilled to hear you are enjoying Soap Queen TV. We're working really hard on them and can't wait to show you more!

Alexandra,
The best way to keep herbs from going brown is to not get them saturated in the soap base. Keep them dry by sprinkling on top - you've probably seen CP soap bars using this technique. Sounds like we need to do some more in-depth projects about this though!

I want to know how we can get a soap queen tv apron!

Hey Anne-Marie, ...
Hey Anne-Marie, great video!!!! this was needed for those of us that are venturing into the world of soapmaking.
I have a question, is there anything that can be done for the herbs to have a longer life in the soap? and will the same happen in CP soap?
I LOVE BRAMBLEBERRY BY THE WAY!!!!!!!! FOR THOSE OF YOU OUT THERE, IF YOU HAVE NOT TRIED THEM I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM!! GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PRODUCTS!!!!!!

It's completely ...
It's completely safe to use food coloring in soap. Pretty much anything that you can eat is safe to use. The main issue with food colors is that they bleed like the Labcolors do - so not great for multi-color soaps.

Hi VNSW,
The reason ...
Hi VNSW,
The reason the colors don't transfer onto your skin like eye shadow is that you put alot less in soap than if you were applying it directly to your skin as a cosmetic. If you put a whole bunch of color in your soap the lather will turn colors and you can even color your hands.
It takes a whole bunch to do this though! :)
Happy Soaping!
