Where to buy Ethanol for soap making?

Does anyone know where I can buy Ethanol for soap making without authorisation from HMRC? Links to websites would be good.

I assume you are attempting to make clear soap (aka glycerin soap). You can actually use the denatured alcohol in the pharmacy or use grain alcohol from the liquor store.

Be prepared – it’s flammable and the fumes can be dangerous.
